To start the return/exchange process for your order, please contact us within 3 days from receiving your order, with you registered email address and the order id ( starts from AW#) as mentioned in your order confirmation and the items you want to return.

You can return/exchange your items within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition.
- They should be unwashed and unworn.
- In the original packaging with tags intact
- Buyer has to ship items back to us, we do not provide pickups.
- Please share image and video of defective or wrong product received. Please highlight the defective area in case of defective product received. This helps in making return/refund process faster.

- Free items
- Items already returned/exchanged against the gift card/credits
- Discontinued items
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund upon quality inspection along with all the details.
