To start the return/exchange process for your order, please contact us within 3 days from receiving your order, with you registered email address and the order id ( starts from AW#) as mentioned in your order confirmation and the items you want to return.

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return/exchange request is approved 

You can return/exchange your items within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition.
  • They should be unwashed and unworn.
  • In the original packaging with tags intact
  • Buyer has to ship items back to us, we do not provide pickups.
  • Please share image and video of defective or wrong product received. Please highlight the defective area in case of defective product received. This helps in making return/refund process faster.

 Non- returnable/exchangeable Items:

  • Items on Sale or promotions
  • Free items
  • Items already returned/exchanged against the gift card/credits
  • Discontinued items

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund upon quality inspection along with all the details.
  • All return/refund/exchange requests are processed as per our return/refund/exchange policy respectively.
